cutting it close on teh clipnodes, thats how I like to do it. 
entities are way under the max...whatever

Total compile time is about 35 mins. 

Notes:
I had issues with missing faces from func_walls, but I
used Cagey's elite opt_plns which fixed that prob, and cut down the 
bsp size as well.
